Murukku with Wheat flour, very good snacks for diabetic people as well as for kids, this wheat flour murukku tastes a bit like pooris..easy to prepare too..
2 Cups Wheat flour
1Cup rice flour
1Cup Gram flour
1tsp red chilly powder
1tsp cumin seeds
1tsp sesame seeds
2tsp Butter
Salt
Oil for deep frying
Steam cook the wheat flour in a cotton cloth (without adding water) for approximately 10 minutes, let them cool..sieve it n keep aside..
Add the rice flour, gram flour, butter, sesame seeds, red chilly powder, cuminseeds n salt together, add the steam cooked wheat flour also..knead everything as dough with enough water..put a small ball of dough in murukku press with star nozzle n squeeze out in a greased plate as u desired..
Heat oil for deep frying n fry murukkus in small batches!!
