1no Cucumber
1/4 cup Sugar ( can decrease r increase)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Lemon juice
Peel the skin of the cucumber, remove the grains n blend it finely in a food processor r mixie with sugar, salt n lemon juice... dont add water at all , if u want to strain the juice u can do, else can leave them with cucumber pulps..pour the cucumber juice in tumblers r in kulfi moulds with popsicle sticks...keep overnite r 5-6 hours in the freezer..
