Delicious and fabulous mango cream dessert definitely a prefect dessert for everyone, a real feast for mango lovers...can serve this eggless mango cream as dessert after lunch, this dessert tastes awesome and quite a easy dessert to prepare...i used store bought mango pulp to prepare this cream dessert which turns this dessert very much delicious instead of fresh mango pulp...also i prepared this cream dessert with low fat cream cheese, whipping cream and with confectioner's sugar.. We relished each and every spoon of this fabulous eggless mango cream dessert..Its not vegan but its a eggless version of dessert.
1cup Tinned mango pulp
1/2cup Cream cheese (low fat)
1cup Whipping cream (chilled)
1/2cup Confectioner's Sugar
1/4tsp Chocolate powder
Whisk together the low fat cream cheese, chilled whipping cream and sugar..fold gently the tinned mango pulp to the cheese-cream mixture...Pour the cream in a serving glass and keep in fridge for an hour..Garnish with chocolate powder..
