2cups Shredded cabbage
1cup Carrots(grated)
Few toasted cashewnuts or any other nuts
1tbsp Dry parsley leaves
Salt
Pepper powder
Olive oil
Take all the ingredients in a large vessel except the salt, pepper powder, olive oil and dry parsley leaves, meanwhile mix the parsley leaves, salt, pepper powder and olive oil aside in a small bowl..Finally toss the dressing to the veggies and serve immediately..
