Acorn Bites
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Kellogg's All Bran Cereal 1/3 cup plain pumpkin puree 1/3 cup honey 2/3 cup shredded sweetened coconut 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract 1 1/3 cup instant oatmeal 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup sesame seeds - toasted
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium size bowl, stir together the first 7 ingredients.
Then chill the dough for about 15 minutes. While the dough is chilling start melting the chocolate. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Remove chilled dough from fridge and form into about 20-24 one inch oblong shaped balls. Dip one end of the shaped dough into the melted chocolate then dip into the toasted sesame seeds. Place a piece of the All-Bran cereal into the top to form a stem. Do this for all the dough balls. Then chill until ready to serve.
