2cups Pumpkin pieces
1cup Sprouted lentils
1/2cup Potatoes pieces
1no Onion chopped
2nos Vegetable stock cubes
1/2tsp Pepper powder
1/2tsp Dry Basil leaves
Salt
Oil
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add the chopped onion to the hot oil, stir them for few minuted until they turn transculent, add the pumpkin pieces, sprouted lentils, potato pieces, vegetable stock cubes n cook them together for few minutes, add 2cups of water r as per ur need, add the salt n dry basil leaves n pepper powder...close the lid n pressure cook until 3 hisses...
Once the pressure get released, grind them with a hand blender r food processor..Serve hot this protein packed soup with toasted bread slices...
