U may think how to prononce the recipe title n wat does it means na!!yea even i tried to prononce, lol...its kinda hard na, its a korean dish i came across through the Korenkitchen.com..while reading this dish, i thought it might be very complicate but its quite a easy dish prepared with soyabean sprouts n white rice, the sauce prepared to serve the rice n soyabean sprouts plays the main role in this dish...its tastes fabulous, too tasty..When i served this dish, none want to believe me that this dish is korean, i restarted my system n showed them the site where i got this amazing dish from...Personally i think that korean dishes are very easy when compared to other asian cooking..This is my 2nd entry to

1cup Cooked rice
1/2cup Soyabean Sprouts
1cup Water
Salt
For Sauce:4tbsp Dark Soya sauce
1tbsp Sesame oil
2nos Garlic cloves(minced)
1tsp Green onion (chopped)
Few Sesame seeds
Wash bean sprouts and cook in water with some salt until soften. mix all the ingredients for sauce with a fork until they get well mixed..
Put bean sprouts on top of rice and serve with the prepared sauce!!
