As i told earlier,my H need two or three side dishes to enjoy Idlies or dosas for his dinner, sometimes i was bored to repeat the same stuffs and yesterday i wanted to make something different, finally i got this great looking curry from Solai aunty's
Kathirikkai malli pachadi which immediately tempted me a lot to try out for our yesterday's dinner..This curry goes truly for a quick and easy preparation with simple ingredients which tastes terribly delicious and we relished it..Never thought both brinjal and coriander leaves together works out wonder..This pachadi goes truly fabulous along with idlies or dosas also at the same time as gravy for rice..'Two in one gravy' yep i named it as though..Sending this yummy pachadi to Radhika's
