I wanted to make sprouts with greengram and i soaked them purposely for it, but sterday while making my lunch those soaked green grams pulled me to make this filling, nutritious and protein packed pulao along with a masala prepared with coriander leaves..I prepared this pulao in pressure cooker which gets ready very easily and i served this wonderful looking green pulao with simple onion raita and papads..This pulao tastes fabulous which suits definitely prefect for a lunch box menu or for a party menu...Sending to
