Tonight I will be creating 2 more recipes that I will enter into the contest in the following weeks. The entries are scored in four categories...originality, photo appeal, taste, family appeal. The judges pick one finalist every week. Those finalists receive $500 and advance in the contest for a chance to win the grand prize...one year worth of free groceries ($100 per week). I'm having lots of fun with this contest! It gets my creative juices flowing!
Week #3 (FAILED)
Okay, tonight's attempt was an epic fail! So, I won't be entering the contest this week. Its not that my creation didn't taste great! It was just too difficult to make, so I don't think the judges will deem it a winner! I made a mac & cheese stuffed steak. Oh well, there's always next week or the week after that! there are actually 7 weeks left...I'm sure I'll think of something before the end of the contest! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
