When its cold outside there's nothing better than a warm bowl of hearty, stick to your ribs, soup! This is my 'go to' soup recipe! It's not only 'souper' (lol) easy, but it's also 'souper' quick...and it tastes like you cooked it all day!

I found the Cowboy Soup recipe on GroupRecipes.com, posted by a member named Wynnebaer. I posted this recipe the way I made it! But I always double all the ingredients because I love to have leftovers! As written above, it will make 4-6 large sized bowls as a main course!
