We are starting this month's blogging marathon with a new concept, yep we will be running for four weeks but only for three days in a week. Obviously am running all these four weeks with different themes and for this first week of blogging marathon i choosed vadas or fritters as theme. When i choosed vadas or fritters for this week, i was planning to make the usual vadas but finally i decided to make a quick, easy breezy vadas for the first day of this week's blogging marathon.Do check out the other marathoners running this 17th edition of blogging marathon
here.
I choosed to make some instant, crispy and quick vadas with grated ivygourds, i dont have any idea how this vadas will tastes. But somehow i wanted to try this ivygourd vadas with gram flour, rice flour and spiced up simply with onions, greenchillies, ginger and fennel seeds. Oh god you dont beleive me that these crispy beauties turned out absolutely addictive, delicious and super tasty. These vadas suits absolutely marvellous to enjoy either as appetiziers or snacks with your favourite chutney.Give a try friends, definitely an interesting and best way to sneak these veggies. Take the grated ivygourd, rice flour, gram flour, chopped onions, crushed fennel seeds, grated ginger and salt in a bowl.

Meanwhile heat the oil for deepfrying in medium flame, take a small ball from the prepared vada batter, flatten them and drop gently to the hot oil.
