When I saw this on Pinterest I thought it was a great idea! This is much easier than cutting the head of lettuce into lots of bite sized pieces! Plus it gives you more crunch when eating the salad this way...you will need a knife though! That's creamy ranch dressing and crispy crumbled bacon ontop of my salad wedge in that photo. It was all good! I've been keeping these wedges in the fridge and I just grab one everyday for lunch. They last about 5 days before the edges start to brown.
