I have plenty of chicken left from my
Hainanese Chicken Rice. Eating another plate of rice will be too much for us, so we just ate the Chicken with Ginger Sauce wrapped with Lettuce.
Anyone who has been to Soup Restaurant and tried their Samsui Chicken would be very familiar with this.
Just put a piece of chicken on a lettuce. Top it with some Ginger Sauce and wrapped it up. Then send it to your mouth! Yummy!

Ingredients:
Ginger
Sesame Seed Oil
Salt to taste
How to do it:
Blend ginger till very fine.
Add salt to taste and sesame seed oil.
Mix well.
