My husband used to like a certain canned fermented black bean fish till he had food poisoning. He was the only person who ate that and the only person who had food poisoning. So we gathered that canned fish was the culprit. Anyway, that particularly brand is nowhere to be found now. My husband said that the other available brand tasted horrible.
Since he missed his fermented black bean fish so much, I came up with a replacement. Taste-wise might not be the same. At least, it's healthier.
Okay
lah. He kinda like it after having it for dinner. *wink*
