Pasta with plenty of veggies cooked in low fat cream tastes awesome...kids will love it..this is one of the typical style of preparing the pasta by the Italians..a complete main dish can be served with any choice of salad..
2Cups Pasta (cooked)
1 Cup Vegetables(any choice)
1cup Cream(low fat)
1no Onion chopped
1no Tomato chopped
2nos Vegetable stock cubes
1tsp Pepper powder
1/4cup Parmesan r emmental cheese(grated)
Salt
Oil r Butter
Heat oil r Butter in a pan..add the onion n tomatoes pieces to the hot oil n stir them continously until they get well cooked...once they r done add the chopped vegetables(carrots, beans, capsicum,broccolos, zucchini r any choice of veggies)to the onion n tomatoes mixture as well as the vegetable stock..
Cook them in medium flame, stir them occasionally, once the vegetables r bit cooked add the cup of low fat cream n add the pepper powder n salt as per need n let them cook for a while with lid closed...stir them occasionally, keep the flame in simmer..once the vegetables r well cooked add the already cooked pastas n toss them gently until they get well mixed...put off the stove...
Sprinkle the parmesan r emmental cheese as per need on the top of the pasta n serve hot...
