Few veggies were sitting in my fridge and i wanted to finish quick as possible..Finally i tried making this simple and healthy thoran using mixed veggies and oats as this simple thoran, i loved this simple stir fry along with rasam rice, both tastes absolutely delicious together..Healthy side dish to enjoy along with any sort of rice dishes eventhough i loved them with rasam rice..Sending to

3cups Mixed Veggies (carrots, zucchinis,turnips,chow chow&french beans)
2nos Onion (chopped finely)
3nos Green chillies
1tsp Cumin seeds
1/4tsp Mustard seeds
1/4tsp Urad dal
1/4cup Rolled oats
Oil
Salt
5nos Curry leaves
Grind the green chillies and cumin seeds as a bit coarse paste with enough water..Heat enough oil, let splutters the mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves, add the mixed veggies, sauté for few minutes, now add the grounded paste,sauté for few seconds..springle some water,cook everything in medium flame, finally add the rolled oats and cook until the oil get separates from the veggies..
Enjoy hot..
