Super simple chocolate glaze for cakes.
Ingredients
Print this recipe- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup warm water
Method
- Sift icing sugar(important step to avoid lumps) and cocoa powder into a bowl, add warm water 1 tbsp at a time and mix(do not use all the water),mix well.add water till you get the desired consistency.
- Mix till you get a smooth and running consistency.
- pour on top of cakes and ice creams.
