
1 package (85 grams) romaine lettuce and baby spinach salad mix
2 tablespoons cherry balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1/2 cup pears, chopped (approximately half a pear)
1/3 cup gorgonzola cheese crumbles
1/3 cup dried cherries
1/3 cup pecan halves
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Combine balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil and shake or stir to mix thoroughly to make the dressing. In a large bowl, mix lettuce, baby spinach, pears, cheese, cherries, pecans, and dressing evenly. Serves four.
