Strawberries, frozen or fresh, 1/2 cup, sliced
Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) or fresh, 1/2 cup, unthawed
Canned Mandarin Oranges, 1/2 cup
Canned Pineapple Chunks, No Sugar Added, 1/2 cup
Pecans, chopped 1/4 cup
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces
DRESSING:
Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1/4 cup
Milk, nonfat, 1/8 cup
Splenda, 1/8 cup
Cider Vinegar (or white vinegar), 1/4 cup
Poppy seed, 1/2 tbsp
Mix salad together, add dressing, and enjoy!
