As i told already, stuffed parathas are our family favourite, i can feed easily my teddies quickly with any sort of stuffed parathas. Even my small picky eater never says no even if his paratha is stuffed with broccolis, obviously i mix variety of veggies for stuffing.
My love for aloo paratha pushed me to make variety of aloo parathas, for our yesterday dinner i prepared this super spicy aloo paratha. I simply spiced the cooked and mashed potatoes with garam masala powder, finely chopped green chillies and amchur powder. This stuffed parathas tastes extremely yummy, super filling and absolutely healthy with a fantastic stuffing. We just loved it.Sending to my own event
