I saw this recipe idea posted on Pinterest! I thought it was cute! I love the creative food on that site!
I just had to try it! I love peppers and eggs, so I knew this would taste great! Here is my photo of the eggs cooking in the pan! I like my eggs sunnyside down, so it didn't look much like a flower after I turned it over! So don't turn it over if you want it to look like a flower!I cooked my pepper rings for a few minutes on each side before adding the egg because I like cooked peppers!
